Villa Safire: Costa Brava area

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa has a total of six bedrooms, three of which are located in a wing on the ground floor and two on the upper floor of the main house. The 6th bedroom is a seperate self-contained studio. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All bedrooms have new beds and mattresses and cupboard space. All beds have two pillow option.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1. Double with extra sofa bed. Access to back garden.

Bedroom 2. Double with access to front terrace.

Bedroom 3. Twin single beds with access to front terrace.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 share two bathrooms, both with shower.

Upper Floor

Bedroom 4. Large double or twin single with en-suite bathroom with shower. Private terrace with sea views.

Bedroom 5. Master bedroom with 2.0m x 2.0m bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to large terrace with sea views. TV.

Studio

Bedroom 6. Spacious self-contained studio which is accessed from the main outdoor terrace.

Exterior bathroom adjacent to the BBQ area. Exterior access (no shower).

Living Spaces

The central section of the ground floor comprises the spacious living room which has big sofas and views out to the front terrace and pool. Movistar smart TV and round glass table for six people. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a central island with both Bosch induction and gas hobs and Tepanyaki style griddle. The American style fridge has a clever dual opening system and water dispenser. Large wooden table located in the kitchen which can seat up to 14 people.

Outdoors

The villa is located in a privileged location in a quiet and unbuilt-up area, surrounded by forest and nature to the back of the house. The main terrace to the front of the house is where one finds the 9m x 3.5m swimming pool which has a shallow platform for young children. There are 12 sun-loungers and plenty of other seating and various dining areas that one can choose from, depending on the time of day. To one side there is a garden containing mature pine trees, great as a children's play area. A private gate leads to the forested area to the back of the house where one finds paths for countryside walks. Outdoor toilet. Separate washing machine room with extra fridge. Exterior dining table and chairs for up to 14.

Household Amenities

The house has wifi and air conditioning and heating throughout. Smart TV. Security cameras which can be kept on or switched off according to the clients wishes.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Distances

Less than 10 minutes by car from a number of beaches such as Platja de Aro, Cala de Cap Roig, Cala Rovira and Sa Conca S'Agaro. Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 1 hour 15 minutes.
