The main floor is in the middle and includes a large open-plan living room with both sitting and dining areas that flows into a modern kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and has a large island housing the sink which is a good food preparation area. From here is direct access to the teak decked terrace, the outdoor dining area and swimming pool.

Outdoors

Top floor balcony from which there are views down over the gardens and the surrounding area.

Decked terrace and gardens laid mainly with lawn. The heated swimming pool is oblong shaped and is a great place to cool off.
