Aficionados of sea views need look no further than Villa Horizonte. The house is constructed over two main levels. The upper level is the living area and the lower level where the six bedrooms are located. There is a third lower outdoor level with games. The villa has six bedrooms and ideal capacity for up to eight adults and five children or maximum 10 adults and three children. The four main bedrooms are all en-suite and the two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. All beds and mattresses are brand new and of a very good quality.

Bedroom 1. Master suite 1.6m x 2.0m ensuite with jacuzzi bath and stand alone rain water type shower. Direct access to terrace. Sea views. Dressing room.

Bedroom 2. Second master suite. 1.6m x 2.0m ensuite with rainwater type shower. Direct access to terrace. Sea views. Closet space.

Bedroom 3. Double 1.6m x 2.0m ensuite with rainwater type shower. Direct access to terrace. Sea views. Closet space.

Bedroom 4. Twin single 0.9m x 2.0m or Double 1.8m x 2.0m. Ensuite with rainwater type shower. Direct access to terrace. Sea views. Closet space.

Living Spaces

The large and spacious living area takes full advantage of the panoramic sea views with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading out on to the ample terrace offering one large indoor/outdoor living area. Inside everything is brand new from the state of the art hand crafted oak kitchen with four leather kitchen stools, the large dining table and chairs and comfy sofas.

Outdoors

There are three outdoor areas. The large upper terrace with pool, the middle terrace on the bedroom level and lower level with includes Petanque, badminton and table tennis. The upper terrace has a brand new and high standard gas BBQ and also a separate griddle. There's also two outdoor eating areas on the upper terrace; a table for 12 by the kitchen and a table for eight by the pool. 12 good quality sun loungers. All the windows which separate the indoor and outdoor spaces have automatic awnings.

The house has full integrated air conditioning in every room. Wifi connection throughout the house. Elevator. Table tennis, table football.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Distances

20 minute walk to the beach of Sa Riera. Begur less than 10 minutes' by car. Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 90 minutes.
