Bedrooms 5-8 share two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with tub with incorporated shower. All bedrooms on the upper floor have ceiling fans.

Living Spaces

The ground floor and the upper floor consist of bedrooms and bathrooms and the middle floor is where one finds all the living areas. The indoor and outdoor spaces meld together giving a choice of areas where to spend time. Invariably a lot of the time will be spent in the cool, covered outdoor front porch enjoying the views of the bay of Tamariu. Indoors, the main living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and direct access to the front porch. Leading from the main living room to the dining room with table and seating for 12/14 people and through to the new kitchen. The kitchen also has direct access to the outdoor terrace to the side of the house which faces south with views to the large garden and pool. On this middle floor there is also a large entrance hallway, WC and separate shower room and laundry room.

Outdoors

It is the outdoor areas which make this house truely unique. First of all there's the amazing views from all points of the outdoor terraces and garden. Secondly there's the huge pine treed garden which is unheard of in coastal properties where land is at such a premium. This land is a protected space and cannot be built upon but if the ban were to be lifted there would be easily enough space to build three or four good sized private villas with nice gardens. So the sheer size of the garden in such a privileged location is quite frankly mind boggling.

The ample front terrace runs the length of the house and has a long dining table with space for 12+ people. The terrace is recessed and so avoids direct sunlight keeping it cool during the day. The terrace to the side of the house has seating and a vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom on the upper floor also has a private terrace.

The large 15m kidney shaped pool was completely re-tiled in 2018 and has 12 sun-loungers. A private path leads directly to the "Cami de Ronda" coastal path and access to the beaches and restaurants of Tamariu in 200m.

There's private outdoor parking for five or six cars plus garage for one car.

Household Amenities

The house has WiFi throughout. There is no air conditioning but the house remains cool indoors especially the two lower floors due to the thick stone wall construction of the house and the evening sea breeze. The five bedrooms on the upper floor all have brand new ceiling fans. The kitchen has two large stainless steel Bosch fridges and Smeg appliances.

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Distances

Just a few minutes' walk to Tamariu with its sandy beaches and good selection of restaurants. Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 100 minutes.
