Casa Peratallada: Costa Brava area

The village of Peratallada is without doubt one of the prettiest and unspoilt medieval villages in the Baix Emporda and Casa Peratallada is perfect for those who enjoy a village ambiance and who appreciate a good selection of restaurants within walking distance from the house. A luxury modern designer house located within a Medieval village may sound like an unlikely success story but after a long planning process between the Town Hall, the owners of the plot and the architects the result is a perfectly balanced and harmonious residence which fits in perfectly in it's surroundings.

Designed by prestigious local architects and built in 2015 the house is spacious, modern and comfortable. The main living room, kitchen and ensuite master bedroom are all located on the ground floor with the remaining three bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. The indoor main living area is separated from the outdoor main living area by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which can be opened to create one huge indoor/outdoor space.

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen with its central island is perfectly situated to serve meals indoors or outdoors. The kitchen also includes a large American style fridge/freezer, filtered tap water and a utility area.

The house has recently had full air conditioning installed (2025) and there is also an underfloor cooling/heating system which can be used as an alternative to air conditioning if preferred. All windows have newly installed automatic blinds which shut out the sunlight providing a good night's sleep..

Some of the nicest beaches on the Costa Brava are a 20/30 minute drive away including the beaches of Begur, Tamariu and the Medes Islands. Casa Peratallada is within a short drive to a number of Costa Brava golf courses so makes an ideal golf vacation rental in Spain.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and the remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

Bedroom 1. Double bed with direct access to garden. Large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, stand alone tub and separate shower.

Bedroom 2. Double bed with garden views.

Bedroom 3. Austrian twin bed with garden views.

Bedroom 4. Twin single beds with extra pull-out single if needed.

Bedrooms 2-4 share one spacious bathroom with stand alone tub and separate rain forest shower.

There is also a WC with shower on the ground floor.

Main living area with dining table for eight, comfortable designer Italian sofas and log fireplace.

Outdoors

Main covered outdoor living area with comfy sofas and outdoor dining table and chairs. 10m x 3m salt water swimming pool surrounded by decking and with eight sun loungers. Large grassy area great for kicking a ball around with young ones. Brand new (2025) outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Walking distance to the heart of the village, 15/20 minutes to beaches. 40 minutes Girona, 90 minutes Barcelona.
