Blauverd: Costa Brava area

This beach vacation home in Costa Brava is built in an elevated position with great sea views. It is situated in a quiet residential area, just 500 metres from Tamariu, a charming resort of the Costa Brava with a golden sandy beach that is set on a small bay set amongst rugged pine covered cliffs cascading down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea.

Blauverd Tamariu is built on one level, and it is finished and furnished to a reasonably high standard with contemporary interior and large picture windows that frame the wonderful views of the bay below.

The property comprises a large open-plan living room that has a comfortable sitting area with settees positioned to make the most of the views.

The dining room leads off the living area and has a dining table for up to 10 people. Both the living room and dining room have large sliding windows that open onto the terrace which in turn overlooks the swimming pool just below.

Leading off the dining area is the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a central island. On this level there is also a practical laundry room.

Set a few steps down from the living area there are four stylish bedrooms, all with wooden floors. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool.

Tamariu is south facing on to one of the most sheltered beaches of the Costa Brava. The crystal clear water is ideal for swimming as the beach, especially on the right hand side, shelves at a fairly gentle angle. It is also popular as a dive site as there are many caves to explore along the nearby coast.

Bedroom 1. Master double bedroom 1.9m x 1.8m with private bathroom (with shower). It has doors that open on to the terrace, garden and pool.
Bedroom 2. Double 2.00m x 1.5m, garden and terrace access.

Large open-plan living room with large panoramic windows that flood it with light. Dining room with table for 8 and doors that open onto the terrace, garden and pool.

Fully equipped kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Wifi and A/C units in all of the bedrooms.

Outside

A terrace runs along the front of the villa and overlooks the infinity swimming pool and the gardens, laid mainly to lawn dotted with trees and shrubs. The pool is 9 x 4 metres with a ladder. It is surrounded on three sides by terraces, a great place for relaxing just soaking up the views out to sea and down over the Bay of Tamariu.

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.
