Living Spaces

The lower level is the main living area where indoor and outdoor areas meld into one. This lower level can be split into two sections - the comfy lounging area and the dining area. The comfy area has both indoor and outdoor seating and the dining area has both indoor and outdoor dining table and chairs for up to 10 people. There is also a BBQ area with top of the range Weber gas BBQ and planxa to the side of the house which has direct access to the kitchen and terrace. Leading off from the indoor comfy area is a TV room with sofas.

Outdoors

Just a few steps down from the main outdoor terrace is the large 12m x 3.2m chlorine-free and heatable (on request) swimming pool which is surrounded by decking. Sunloungers are also to be found on the decking by the pool. In the garden area bellow the pool there is a petanque playing area. Buried under the garden there is a 16,000l water tank which collects rain water for use in the garden. Two lemon trees and newly planted fuschia give a splash of colour.

Distances

Short walk to the bay of Aigua Xelida. 15/20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants of Tamariu. Girona 45 minutes and Barcelona 90 minutes.
