The property comprises a main farmhouse, two annex guest houses and other outbuildings clustered on either side of a pretty entrance courtyard. An old bougainvillea and some ancient Mediterranean trees provide great appeal to this lovely space, and the stone framed windows together with a traditional sun dial beautifully compliment the pretty whitewashed facade of the main building.

Inside, the property oozes old Mediterranean charm with pristine white walls, character floorings and some exposed original wooden beams.

It is stylishly furnished throughout, with a combination of high quality antiques, modern designer furnishings and unique works of art.

From this terrace some steps lead down to the decked pool area, which is surrounded by lawns liberally sprinkled with palm trees.  At the end of this garden, the south facing colonnaded porch is nicely furnished including another dining area with gas BBQ, a practical kitchenette, a gym and sauna.

In addition to the main house, the property includes two annex accommodations which are ideal for guests, teenagers or staff. Next to the farmhouse but with an independent entrance is one of these guest wings with two double en-suite bedrooms. This annexe also includes a built in kitchenette.

And opposite the main house, on the other side of the entrance courtyard is another guesthouse, again with two en-suite bedrooms which are a double and a twin.

Close to the house and amongst the pine trees there is also a delightful little children's house complete with children's kitchen and toys etc.

This is a fabulous house for family gatherings  or equally suitable as a Barcelona corporate retreat venue close to magnificent beaches and the bustling life of popular towns such Sant Feliu de Gúixols (5 km)  S’Agaró (8km) and Platja d’Aro (8km) with a great variety of shops, bars, restaurants, leisure activities and nightlife; yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, spending time in the sunny terraces or exploring on foot the property’s extensive grounds.
