Built into a gentle sloping hill and totalling a massive 480 sqm, the main bulk of the house is all on a single level which comprises of a huge living/dining area with access to the upper terrace through sliding doors. The main living area is split into various zones with plenty of chairs and sofas, a home cinema projection system, Hi-Fi with multiple speakers, Dvd's, video's, Apple TV etc.

Leading off from the main living area is the master bedroom wing with a lounge area and en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower. A main feature of the house is an internal atrium which allows natural light to diffuse throughout the living area. On this level one finds a further five bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor terrace.

There is access from various points of the house to the large upper terrace which has seating and a dining and coffee table and chairs. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Less than 10 minutes' walk to the beach of Platja Fonda, Aiguablava beach a couple of minutes' in the car or a 25 minute walk along the coastal path. Begur 5 minutes, Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 90 minutes.
