Villa Farigola: Costa Brava area

Villa Farigola has everything one could wish for a perfect Costa Brava family holiday villa. The house is very spacious, very nicely decorated and fully equipped. As well as a large 10m x 4m private heatable pool there is also a large communal pool and tennis court available nearby. The beach and restaurants are a 10 minute walk.

The entrance to the house is through the upper floor where four of the five bedrooms are located. Three of the four bedrooms have countryside views and access to the upper terrace. The ground floor is huge and comprises of a living/dining room that opens out to the garden and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen also has direct access to the outdoor BBQ and dining area.

Also on the ground floor one finds the 5th bedroom with adjacent bathroom, a games room with billiards table and a reversible table soccer/air hockey table. Next to the games room there is also a cosy TV room great for teenagers and which has a sofa bed if required (100€ surcharge). Finally there is a utility room with washing machine, extra fridge.

Bedroom 1. Master suite with walking wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and incorporated shower.

Bedroom 2. Double bedroom.

Bedroom 3. Twin bedroom.

Bedroom 4. Single bed with additional pull-out single if required.

Bedrooms, 2, 3 and 4 share one bathroom with tub and separate shower.

Bedroom 5. Bunk beds and a single. Adjacent bathroom with shower.

There is also a sofa bed in the TV room if required.

Bedrooms 1-4 have air conditioning and bedrooms 1-3 have access to the terrace.

Living Spaces

Huge living room with two sofas and TV with UK channels. Games room and second TV room.

Household Amenities

WiFi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with Bosch electric appliances, BBQ, awnings on both the upper terrace and lower floor, games room with billiards, air hockey and table soccer.

Outdoors

10m x 4m private heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Outdoor dining area with BBQ. Chill out area between the pool and house. Communal pool and tennis court.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

10 minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants. 10 minutes Palafrugell, 45 minutes Girona, 90 minutes Barcelona.
