This new build, modern contemporary style villa is constructed over three levels and entrance to the villa is through the upper level. Upon entering the foyer from the main door your eyes are immediately drawn to the amazing sea views directly ahead. Floor to ceiling glass doors open out on to a spacious outdoor terrace where one can relax and enjoy both spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The upper foyer also contains a couple of comfortable lounge chairs, a drinking water dispenser and an elevator which connects all floors.

At the upper level there is also a private inter-connecting garage with space for one car. Abundant additional safe parking space is to be found on the street outside the house.

The middle floor is where one finds all four bedrooms which share two large bathrooms. On this level there is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The main lower floor is the spacious living area. Here indoors and outdoors merge, seperated by floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which frame the ever present sea views. With easy access from the fully equipped kitchen one can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. There is also a WC on this level.

Bedroom 1. Large double bed 2.0m x 1.8m, sea views and access to small private terrace with sliding screen.

Bedroom 2. Twin single beds and access to garden at side of house.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3. Large double bed 2.0m x 1.8m, sea views and access to small private terrace with sliding screen.

Bedroom 4. Double bed 2.0m x 1.6m and additional upper single bunk bed if needed. Access to garden at the side of the house.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom with shower.

Living Spaces

The main living space on the ground floor includes two distinct seating areas, a dining area with table and chairs for up to 10 people and a large fully equipped modern kitchen and a WC.

Outdoors

The main outdoor area is the extension of the main living area and includes a large oak dining table and gas BBQ. A few steps lead down to the pool area which is surrounded by decking and where one finds sun loungers. The area below the pool and to the sides of the house is planted with Mediterranean aromatic shrubbery.

The house is fully air conditioned with hidden integrated units. Wifi throughout. Elevator connecting all floors.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Distances

The small bay of Aigua Gelida is a 10 minute walk, the beach and restaurants of Tamariu is a 20 minute walk or a couple of minutes' in the car. Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 90 minutes.
