Sa Riera Beach Villa: Costa Brava area

This luxury Costa Brava vacation rental is just about as good as it gets. They say location is everything and this is just about unbeatable. With Sa Riera beach less than a minute walk down a private path we can't think of any other villa on the rental market on the Costa Brava as close to a sandy beach as this.

There is enough parking space for 5 or 6 cars. and a private Padel court.

Living Spaces

The indoor living area looks out on to the ample central outdoor patio and in effect amplifies the living space. During the summer months patrons will adore this indoor/outdoor element which oozes comfort and style. Sliding glass doors can be opened which essentially doubles the outdoor space, or when closed offering two distinct areas, indoor and outdoor.

Outdoors

The central patio takes centre stage. This spacious outdoor seating and dining area focuses ones attention to the unavoidable and wonderful sea views. Throughout the house one finds a number of patios and terraces where to sit and enjoy the views. Padel court with double shower room. Ample covered private parking for up to six cars. Private access to the beach in a matter of seconds. Private pool with views over the beach.

Air conditioning all the bedrooms. Good fibre optic Wifi internet throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Elevator from the parking area down to the kitchen level of the house. Toiletries in bathrooms. Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Just a few steps to the sandy beach of Sa Riera. Begur less than 10 minutes in the car. Girona one hour, Barcelona 90 minutes
