This unique Costa Brava vacation villa is the last property before you enter a natural reserve, a really beautiful location enjoying wonderful sea and countryside views. Measuring around 300 sqm, it includes three double bedrooms and a twin and three bathrooms. There is also the possibility of converting the study into an extra bedroom for a child. There are various terraces and gardens to the front, back and side of the house each offering the perfect spot to relax in either sun or shade at different times of the day. The summer kitchen with BBQ and comfortable sofas is where balmy days and evenings tend to be spent overlooking the bay and enjoying the sea views. 

Built during 2004 this luxury Costa Brava holiday villa is decorated in a charming and elegant style with a slightly rustic feel, a real home from home. The living/dinning room has two comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a piano. There is dinning table which seats eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances one could imagine.

The master suite is located on the upper floor along with the living/dining room, a WC, the study and the kitchen. The remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the lower floor. The master suite, the living room and the two lower double bedrooms all have air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom . Extra Lg. Double Bed, 180 m with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. 
Bedroom 2 - 1 Large Double bed.
Bedroom 3 - 1 Large Double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with bath tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 4 - 2 singles (which can be zipped together to make a double) with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms 1-3 have air conditioning. Bedroom 4 does not get any direct sun and remains cool throughout the day.

The garden has been professionally designed with water features and stone walls. The back of the house has many tropical plants and a area of lawn designed as a quiet chill-out area. A lush new lawn to the front of the house is a great place for a bit of shade or from where to soak up rays in the afternoon when the sun is overhead.

The master bedroom opens up to garden at the rear of the house and is the perfect spot for a bit of breakfast. The three other bedrooms are downstairs, two of which have double doors leading on to the arched terrace and lawn. A flight of steps leads to the upper terrace and pool area. The town is less than 10 min walk away down a little track, and similar distance to a great beach, voted one of the most beautiful of the Costa Brava.

The village of Port de la Selva is a small unspoilt and active fishing port near the French border. It lies next to a vast nature reserve, the Cap de Creus. The neighbouring town is Cadaques, Salvador Dali's old home. The coast around the little town is a collection of beautiful little coves and beaches with crystal clear water. The town has a windsurfing club, a diving school, a yacht harbour and sailing school. It is an excellent spot for snorkeling and Kayaking. Within a few minutes there are several medieval villages and Figures is half an hour away. The Rodes Monastery overlooks the village and there are concerts there in the abbey in the summer. Port de la Selva is a family resort with excellent walking and cycling routes. There are many restaurants and a few bars. The Barcelona train line is 15/20 minutes away at Llanca.

We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.
