Girona Rustic Farmhouse: Costa Brava area

This impressive Costa Brava vacation home rental with annexes is situated ion the edge of a small village within a few kilometres of La Bisbal, in the heart of the Empordà region.

The property consists of one main building, an annex accommodation and various outbuildings, including one chapel and a celebrations hall. The estate also includes its own vineyards which produce around 4500 bottles of wine per year.

It is decorated in a rustic style, but incorporates all modern conveniences. The variety of living spaces indoors and out gives everyone the option of being together or finding some peace and quiet.

Whitewashed walls, cool tiled floors and a colourful but uncluttered décor make for a relaxed ambience.

The main part of the house includes a large entrance hall with Catalan vaulted ceilings, three sitting rooms, two dinning rooms and 9 bedrooms, one of which is a fun kids sleeping area with single beds and futons under the eaves of the house.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful large garden with a pool and a pond. There is also a paddle court, tennis court, football pitch zip line, table tennis, children's swings, trampoline and gym.

This house is well prepared for celebrations, family and friends reunions, as well as corporate incentives or meetings.                                                

It has its own chapel with a capacity for up to 40 people, and an events hall available for weddings, celebrations and meetings.

It also has a small gym with dressing room.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Others

The property is well prepared to hold weddings and celebrations, as well as business and conference meetings.

3000€ security deposit held on a credit card

Arrival day: generally from Saturday to Saturday during the high season, but flexible whenever possible. 

Minimum stay: 1 week during the high season, Christmas and New Year. Minimum four days in mid and low seasons.

We accept payments by bank transfer or by card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or MasterCard). 

Please note that cards issued outside the EU incur a 1% processing fee. To save this charge you can pay by transfer.

A wonderful, clean, comfortable home away from home. We were 16 people (6 adults and 10 kids) and we all absolutely loved it! Everything we could have wished for was here. The  pool, the tennis court, the football field and so much more! The villa location was perfect for discovering this rich and diverse region of Costa Brava in Catalonia. Hope to be back next year!
