But this Catalonia golf villa it is not just golfers, the privileged location is a perfect base from where to enjoy the Emporda region and the Costa Brava beaches of Begur. 

The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor is where one finds the spacious main living area with integrated kitchen and dining table. Plenty of comfy seating and a large TV. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor including the master suite which has a dressing room and direct access to the garden. Also on this floor one finds a nice entrance hallway, a WC and access to a garage with space for one car.

The upper floor comprises of a small TV area with sofas and a further two bedrooms, each with integrated bathrooms.
