The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor is where one finds the spacious main living area with integrated kitchen and dining table. Plenty of comfy seating and a large TV. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor including the master suite which has a dressing room and direct access to the garden. Also on this floor one finds a nice entrance hallway, a WC and access to a garage with space for one car.
The upper floor comprises of a small TV area with sofas and a further two bedrooms, each with integrated bathrooms.

Located beside the prestigious Empordà Golf Club, this property is an ideal base for golf enthusiasts while also offering easy access to the historic villages and spectacular coastline of the Baix Empordà. The surrounding landscape combines the greens of the golf course with the rural scenery, while the medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada and the Mediterranean coast are all within a short drive. With the Montgrí coast, Medes Islands and famous coves of Begur also easily accessible, the location is well suited to combining golf, culture and the sea.

- Empordà Golf Club: Located directly beside the property, the club offers two 18-hole courses, Empordà Dunes and Empordà Forest, set among the natural landscapes of the Costa Brava. The contrasting courses provide different golfing experiences, with the Forest course winding through pine woodland and the Dunes course combining a more open landscape with dunes and water features.
- Pals: Around 10 minutes away, the historic village rises above the surrounding Empordà plain, with its medieval walls, narrow cobbled streets, stone houses and the distinctive Torre de les Hores.
- Peratallada: Also around 10 minutes away, this beautifully preserved fortified village is one of the most atmospheric medieval settlements in Catalonia, characterised by winding stone streets, ancient walls, towers and traditional stone architecture.
- Torroella de Montgrí & Montgrí Castle: Around 10 minutes away, the historic town sits below the imposing Montgrí Massif, crowned by its medieval castle and offering spectacular views across the surrounding countryside towards the Mediterranean.
- Begur: Around 15 minutes away, the historic hilltop town is dominated by the remains of its medieval castle and combines traditional stone architecture with spectacular views towards the Mediterranean.
