Casa Luxe Begur is without doubt one of the highest standard properties on the rental market on the whole Costa Brava. Totally reformed in 2009 this spacious five bedroom town house is an absolute gem and is just 100m from the main Sq of Begur with its boutique shops and large selection of restaurants. Brand new 13m x 4m outdoor pool added in 2025.

Enjoying total privacy the house is constructed over four levels, all connected with an elevator, and consists of five en-suite bedrooms and various spacious reception rooms including a large games room on the ground floor. The house also includes a Spa area, indoor heated 7m x 4m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor bar/kitchen area and manicured garden with lawn.

The house is spread over four levels; the ground floor street level entrance which comprises of the kitchen, wonderful large living/dining room with access to an upper terrace and the garden. The 1st and 2nd floors with a total of four bedrooms and a spacious lower level (-1) which includes a living/games room, kitchen/BBQ area, the 5th bedroom and access to the garden.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 people in the five bedrooms but capacity can be raised to 12 or maybe 13 with the use of a sofa bed and a couple of Z beds.

During the summer months there is a frequent bus service from the town centre to all the various beaches of Begur. This means that you can walk from the house, take the bus and not have to worry about finding parking spaces close to the beach.

Please note the house is not suitable for young children.

Bedroom 1. 2nd floor (top floor) suite with 2m x 2m bed, en-suite bathroom with Rainforest shower. Access to roof terrace with Jacuzzi and views of the castle and sea in the distance. Living room/office space, fireplace.

Bedroom 2. 2m x 1.6m double bed with en-suite bathroom including tub and separate shower. Seating area. Two available Z Beds

Bedroom 3. 2m x 1.6m double bed with en-suite bathroom with stand-alone tub and separate shower. Seating area. Sofa bed.

Bedroom 4. 1.9m x 1.4m double bed which can work as either a small double or large single. En-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are all located on the 1st floor.

Bedroom 5 is located on the lower level. 1.9m x 1.6m double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 6. There is an additional 6th bedroom in a separate small building in the garden which is suitable for a member of staff or a young adult. This bedroom has a single bed, shower and a kitchenette but no air conditioning.

Living Spaces

The house has two main living spaces, the ground floor living/dining room and the lower floor living/games room. Both these floors have guest cloakrooms.

High standard kitchen including Viking range and central-island. Connection door from kitchen to dining room which has a table and chairs for up to 10 people.
