This brand new exclusive five bedroom Costa Brava holiday villa enjoys unbeatable panoramic sea views of the bay of Roses and is walking distance to sandy beaches, restaurants and shops.
Designed by a well-known local architect the villa is luminous and spacious, high-tech and pristine. The owners have spared no expense and the fixtures, fittings and furnishings are all of the best possible quality. Built over three floors entrance to the villa is through the ground floor where one can choose between the elevator and stairs which lead up to the two floors above. The middle floor is where one finds all five bedrooms. The upper floor is the main living area which comprises of two living rooms, a high tech modern kitchen and an extensive outdoor terrace with outdoor seating/dining area and a 6m x 5m heated infinity pool.

Master bedroom with double bed 1.8m x 2.0m. Access to a private terrace, walk-in dressing room, large bathroom with tub and seperate shower. Sea views.

All bedrooms have TV, safe, air conditioning and heating, heated towel rails.
This middle floor also includes a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, iron etc.
Living Spaces
All the living spaces are located on the top floor consiting of two separate living rooms, kitchen/dining room. All rooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the ample outdoor tarrace. WC on upper floor.
Outdoors
The main upper terrace has a comfy seating area with dining table and chairs, fridge and sink. A second, smaller dining table is next to the kitchen and is perfect for breakfasts. The infinity pool has sun-loungers and has the option of being heated. Weber Gas BBQ. Meditteranean shrubbery to the side and back of the house including orange and lemon trees.
Household Amenities
Full air conditioning, Wifi, electric awnings, Bose soundtouch wireless system, elevator linking all three floors, designer furniture, fully equipped kitchen with two dishwashers and two fridges.
Concierge Services
Locally based we offer a free bespoke concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.
Distances
Walking distance to a number of sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. Cadaques 30 minutes, Figueres 30 minutes, Girona 1 hour, Barcelona 1 hour 45 minutes.

Arrival day: generally from Saturday to Saturday during the high season, but flexible whenever possible.

Sleek and cozy
Perfect place to enjoy the costa brava with friends. We hardly left the house. Beautiful architecture, design and comfort.
The views were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed for our long lunches and intimate dinners. The Weber BBQ was the cherry on top. The rooms were nice although a bit on the small side (except for the master bedroom). They all had sea views, though, and the best mattresses we ever slept on.
The internet didn't always work throughout the house, which was sometimes frustrating. But the technician and service were always very reactive with any and all requests.
We wouldn't hesitate to go back!!!

Stunning house, beautiful location
We spent a fantastic week in Roses. The villa is absolutely stunning and the photographs do not do it justice. The villa was very well equipped with beautiful furnishings, art and homeware.
The town of Roses has a good variety of shops, bars/cafes and restaurants. The Condis supermarket and Sant Pau bakery on Av. Jaume 1 were convenient for parking. Our best meal during our stay was at Martelo Bistro. The family enjoyed the boat trip round to Cadaques and it was a good way of spending an afternoon.
Sara, Richard and the ladies (sorry I've forgotten their names) who checked us in were very easy to deal with, communication was excellent and we felt very well looked after (we were there when riots were going on in Barcelona, there was a general strike and the main roads had been blocked by lorry drivers!). We would not hesitate to book with Charming Villas again.

The villa was fabulous and we all had a great time. Highlights were a boat trip to Cadaqués on Monday, trip to water park and also some great meals out at Compartir, Martelo and Gozos Mundanos being three excellent restaurants, Hotel Jenclors up the coast was also great for lunch.
