We are proud and honoured to be able to present Villa Port des Pi, a newly constructed four bedroom villa overlooking the beach of Sa Riera and the cove of Port des Pi (also known as Cala S'Antiga). Built by a prestigious and in-demand local architect the house is the latest word in contemporary design. Constructed over four levels the house is aesthetically stunning with the contours matching that of the curved rockface which it is built in to.
With no expense spared the owner of the house has created a work of art which has raised the bar and which we are sure will become a reference point for future projects in the area for years to come.
Built over four levels connected with an elevator the distribution is as follows:
Ground floor - large garage area with space for up to two or three cars. Parking is also possible at the exterior part of the plot.
First floor - This is where the bedrooms are located as well as the indoor wellness area with jacuzzi, hammam steam room, shower and toilet. There is also a cosy indoor TV room and laundry area.
Second floor - The main living area indoors and outdoors. Delightfully integrated open-plan space with an abundance of light. Automated curved glass windows and doors. Highest quality fixtures and appliances (Miele and Liebherr, Pando wine fridge). Dining table with Hans Wegner Elbow dining chairs. WC.
Upper floor - Chill-out area with hammock, sun loungers, extra dining area, exterior kitchen and WC.
Private path to beach.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The four bedrooms are all located on the first floor and have showers and sea views. The largest bedroom also has a private outdoor terrace.
Beds are 1.8m x 2.0m and one of the beds can be converted into two single beds if requested.
Brand new beds, mattresses and high quality linen.
Living Spaces
The second floor is the main living area with integrated kitchen, WC, dining area and lounge area and with access to the outdoor terrace.
Outdoors
Outdoor living areas on the second and third (top level) floors. 270 degree views with over 100m of terraces.
The second floor outdoor area comprises of two main areas, the pool area with 7m x 6m infinity pool with depth of 140cm, chill-out cushions and at the other end of the house a BBQ and dining area, both with extensive sea views. The upper floor offers space for sun lovers to relax on sun loungers or in a hammock.

High quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings. Pool heating available upon request. Fibre optic internet. Air conditioning and radiant floor heating. Turkish bath.
Distances
Direct private access to the beach of Port des Pi and just a few minutes' walk to the beach of Sa Riera.

Port des Pi villa was the highlight of our visit to Costa Brava. We loved the open air living spaces and easy access to the beaches, as well as quick stroll to town and the Camino Ronda seaside trail. The view is unparalleled, especially while soaking in the pool or on the upper deck. Everyone was comfortable in their beds and all the appliances for cooking and laundry worked beautifully. We wish we could have stayed longer! Concierge service offered and our house manager were always available and friendly. 5 stars!!! You will love everything about this home.

Wow, where to begin? The property is impressive and spans 3 floors with an elevator. There is a secure parking garage for a car or 2 and the property is of a very high standard. There was not one single encounter that was negative. We loved the hammam and whirlpool, our very own private spa which we used with great pleasure. The direct access to a beautiful beach which only took 5 minutes to walk down to it was the icing on the cake. The kitchen was well equipped, which meant that we ended up cooking every night (the outside gas grill for a BBQ was amazing). We ate on the outside terrace which had a gorgeous view to the sea. We woke up to that beautiful view too. It was such a smooth holiday rental and the whole team from the rental agency to the assistant that met us at the property were all professional and friendly. We can only recommend it.
