Villa Port des Pi: Costa Brava area

We are proud and honoured to be able to present Villa Port des Pi, a newly constructed four bedroom villa overlooking the beach of Sa Riera and the cove of Port des Pi (also known as Cala S'Antiga). Built by a prestigious and in-demand local architect the house is the latest word in contemporary design. Constructed over four levels the house is aesthetically stunning with the contours matching that of the curved rockface which it is built in to. 

With no expense spared the owner of the house has created a work of art which has raised the bar and which we are sure will become a reference point for future projects in the area for years to come.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The four bedrooms are all located on the first floor and have showers and sea views. The largest bedroom also has a private outdoor terrace.

Beds are 1.8m x 2.0m and one of the beds can be converted into two single beds if requested.

Brand new beds, mattresses and high quality linen.

Living Spaces

The second floor is the main living area with integrated kitchen, WC, dining area and lounge area and with access to the outdoor terrace. 

Outdoors

Outdoor living areas on the second and third (top level) floors. 270 degree views with over 100m of terraces.

The second floor outdoor area comprises of two main areas, the pool area with 7m x 6m infinity pool with depth of 140cm, chill-out cushions and at the other end of the house a BBQ and dining area, both with extensive sea views. The upper floor offers space for sun lovers to relax on sun loungers or in a hammock.
