Villa Perla: Costa Brava area

Villa Perla sits in an elevated position and enjoys spectacular sea views over the Mediterranean. South facing, the house enjoys sun from morning to sunset. The location in a quiet residential area roughly half-way between the beaches of Tamariu and Aiguablava offers the best of both worlds - close enough to enjoy the beaches and restaurants during the day and just far away enough to enjoy peaceful evenings at home soaking up the views.

Spread over various levels, the distribution of the house is as follows;

Access is from the rear of the house where one finds a private gated parking space for one car. There is also ample and safe parking space on the road outside the house. 

On the entrance level is where one finds the master suite with ensuite bathroom. Up a few stairs from the entrance hallway is where the second bedroom is found, also with ensuite bathroom and 20sqm private terrace with outdoor furniture. Down from the entrance level is the main living area with living room with sofas, fireplace and small TV screen ideal for casting from your phone or Ipad. The new modern kitchen with dining table and chairs for eight people and direct access to the outdoor planxa for cooking. The upper terrace also has table and chairs for six and outdoor lounge seating.

The lower level comprises of bedrooms three and four, each with their own bathrooms, a second lounge area with sofas and a TV (great for teenagers). There is also a WC and laundry room on this level. Leading through to the spacious outdoor terrace with large outdoor dining table and outdoor furniture and parasol. Steps lead down to the pool area. Upper and lower comfortable living rooms. The upper living room connects to the kitchen which in turn has direct access to the side of the house where one finds a gas planxa for outdoor cooking.

Outdoors

Upper and lower terraces, both with seating and dining facilities. Gas planxa, fitness area on lower terrace. Recently re-tiled and large swimming pool (11m x 4m) with sun loungers and seating.

Household Amenities

Brand new modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and large fridge. Air conditioning throughout the house and bedrooms. Good quality internet. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, extra fridge, wine fridge and ice maker. Pool towels provided for guests.

Distances

around 25 minutes walk to the beaches of Tamariu and Aiguablava or five minutes in the car. 12 minutes Begur. Barcelona 90 minutes.
