Completed in 2024 this contemporary style villa is without doubt one of the nicest properties we have seen in the coastal town of Roses and really stands out. The owners have spared no expense and have created aesthetically stunning and comfortable home. Spread over three levels, the entrance is from the top level where one has a large garage with room for two cars and private outdoor space for a further two or three cars. Stairs lead down to the middle floor where one finds a seating area which has access to the upper terrace. The middle floor also where two of the suites are located, both with sea views and access to the terrace.

The lower level is the main living area comprising of a huge open-space living room/kitchen with sliding glass doors that lead on to the outdoor terrace. Suite number three is also located on this level. The suite consists of two interconnected bedrooms, the main King size double with sea views and access to the terrace and a second, smaller room with two single beds. Designed as a family room the two bedrooms can be connected or closed off to form two separate bedrooms, each with their own access and bathrooms.

Living Spaces

Spacious main living area on lower floor with comfortable sofas, TV, Dining table and great kitchen area with central island with four bar stools. Double fridge/freezer.

Outdoors

Upper and lower terraces enjoying unobstructed sea views. The main terrace has a "sunken" area next to the pool with comfy seating. This terrace also has a dining table and chairs and a huge parasol. Sun loungers. 9m x 2.5m swimming pool and built-in jacuzzi. There is a glass barrier along the main terrace with a sliding door which can be locked meaning the pool and jacuzzi can be closed off if you have young children. There is also a gas "planxa" for outdoor cooking. On the lower level garden there is a petanque area.
