Completed in 2021 after a three year project this high quality modern family vacation home offers a whole host of benefits including comfort, style and plenty of living space. The owners have spared no expense in the design, construction and furnishing of the house from the well thought out spacious bedrooms right down to the soft furnishings and wall art.

Distributed over three levels the house has five bedrooms with a capacity for 10 people. The middle floor is the main living/dining area with ample living room and modern steel brand fitted kitchen. This main living area extends to the terrace which includes outdoor kitchen and dining table looking over the swimming pool below and enjoying Mediterranean sea views. WC.

The lower level is where the 12m x 5m heated swimming pool is found. Also on this level are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. This lower level also gives access to the garden where one finds an area to play Petanque and a herb garden. The upper floor is where the master suite is found and which has a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and private terrace.

The house enjoys various indoor and outdoor seating areas and most bedrooms offer office space with table and chairs just in case you need to catch up with emails while away.

Outdoor kitchen with BBQ and hot grill plate. Various seating areas on all levels. Large 12m x 5m salt water heated swimming pool (May to October) with sun loungers and Parasols, Petanque, herb garden.
