Completed in 2021 after a three year project this high quality modern family vacation home offers a whole host of benefits including comfort, style and plenty of living space. The owners have spared no expense in the design, construction and furnishing of the house from the well thought out spacious bedrooms right down to the soft furnishings and wall art.
Distributed over three levels the house has five bedrooms with a capacity for 10 people. The middle floor is the main living/dining area with ample living room and modern steel brand fitted kitchen. This main living area extends to the terrace which includes outdoor kitchen and dining table looking over the swimming pool below and enjoying Mediterranean sea views. WC.
The lower level is where the 12m x 5m heated swimming pool is found. Also on this level are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. This lower level also gives access to the garden where one finds an area to play Petanque and a herb garden. The upper floor is where the master suite is found and which has a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and private terrace.
The house enjoys various indoor and outdoor seating areas and most bedrooms offer office space with table and chairs just in case you need to catch up with emails while away.

Area information
Set among the pine-covered hills between Tamariu and Aiguablava, this property enjoys a peaceful natural setting with views across the surrounding woodland and towards the Mediterranean near Tamariu. Both Tamariu and Aiguablava can be reached in around five minutes by car, while Platja Fonda is less than 10 minutes away. The location combines the tranquillity of the coastal hills with easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches, picturesque fishing villages and scenic viewpoints of the southern Costa Brava.
Beaches & coastal landscapes
- Tamariu & Aigua Xelida: Tamariu is a charming former fishing village centred around a beautiful sandy beach, with clear waters, pine-covered hills and a picturesque waterfront lined with restaurants. Nearby, Aigua Xelida is a smaller and more secluded cove surrounded by rocks and Mediterranean vegetation, offering a more intimate natural setting.
- Aiguablava & Platja Fonda: Aiguablava is one of the most iconic beaches on the Costa Brava, renowned for its fine sand, sheltered bay and intensely turquoise waters framed by pine-covered cliffs. Nearby, Platja Fonda offers a wilder atmosphere beneath the cliffs of Begur, with a distinctive dark shoreline and unspoilt natural surroundings.
- The coves of Begur: Around 20 minutes away, the coastline around Begur offers a remarkable variety of beaches and secluded coves. Sa Tuna is known for its traditional fishermen’s houses and picturesque setting, Aiguafreda offers a quieter rocky cove, while Sa Riera combines a broad sandy beach with clear Mediterranean waters and a charming coastal atmosphere.
- Llafranc & Calella de Palafrugell: Around 15 minutes away, these neighbouring seaside villages are among the most picturesque on the Costa Brava. Llafranc is centred around an elegant sandy bay, while Calella de Palafrugell is famous for its whitewashed fishermen’s houses, small coves and traditional waterfront.
Historic villages & coastal landmarks
- Begur: Around 10 minutes away by car, this historic hilltop town is dominated by the remains of its medieval castle. Its narrow cobbled streets, traditional stone houses and distinctive indiano architecture reflect the history of local families who returned from the Americas, while its elevated position offers beautiful views towards the Mediterranean.
- Far de Sant Sebastià: Around 10 minutes away, this historic lighthouse stands high above the Mediterranean near Llafranc, offering spectacular panoramic views along the Costa Brava. The surrounding complex also includes a medieval watchtower, a historic hermitage and the remains of an Iberian settlement.
