The owners have spared no expense, pouring their hearts and souls into creating this warm, comfortable and welcoming oasis. From artisan handmade doors and original contemporary artwork to top-of-the-range linens and luxurious fabrics, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure guests feel immediately at home.
The entrance foyer leads through to the main open plan living and dining area comprising of comfy seating, fireplace, large TV and dining table for 10/12 people. Decorated to a very high standard with calming cream and neutral tones. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a central island and access to the outdoor dining area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The main house has five ensuite bedrooms with the 6th bedroom located in a self-contained exterior annexe. There are two master suites each with sitting areas. All bathrooms include good quality hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner. All bathrooms have showers. All bedrooms include closet space, air conditioning and automatic window blinds.

Surrounded by pine forests and peaceful countryside just outside Pals, this property offers a tranquil rural setting while remaining close to some of the most attractive destinations in the Baix Empordà. The medieval village of Pals is only five minutes away by car, while the beaches of the Costa Brava and the historic town of Begur can also be reached within a short drive. From long sandy beaches and protected marine landscapes to traditional fishing villages and medieval streets, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities to explore both the countryside and the coast.
Countryside & historic villages
- Pals: Just five minutes away, this beautifully preserved medieval village is one of the highlights of the Baix Empordà. Its narrow cobbled streets, traditional stone houses, fortified walls and iconic Torre de les Hores create an atmospheric setting for exploring Catalonia’s medieval heritage.
- Begur: Around 10 minutes away, this picturesque hilltop town is dominated by the remains of its medieval castle and is known for its historic streets, traditional stone houses and distinctive indiano architecture. Its elevated position also offers beautiful views towards the Mediterranean.
- Peratallada: Around 15 minutes away, this remarkable fortified village is characterised by winding stone streets, ancient defensive walls, towers and a historic castle-palace, preserving much of the medieval character of the Baix Empordà.
Beaches & coastal landscapes
- Platja de Pals: Around 10 minutes away, this long sandy beach stretches alongside pine forests, dunes and coastal vegetation. Its open shoreline offers plenty of space to enjoy the Mediterranean and provides a striking contrast to the rocky coves further along the coast.
- Sa Riera & the coves of Begur: Sa Riera is a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine-covered hills and traditional fishermen’s houses. Further along the Begur coastline, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna and Aiguafreda are renowned for their crystal-clear turquoise waters, rocky shores and spectacular Mediterranean scenery.
- L’Estartit & the Medes Islands: Around 20 minutes away, L’Estartit is the main gateway to the Medes Islands and the spectacular Montgrí coast. This protected natural area combines rugged cliffs, secluded coves and sandy beaches with an exceptionally rich marine environment, making it particularly attractive for boat trips, snorkelling and diving.
- Calella de Palafrugell: Around 25 minutes away, this picturesque former fishing village is famous for its whitewashed fishermen’s houses, small coves and charming waterfront. Its traditional coastal character makes it one of the most distinctive villages along this stretch of the Costa Brava.
