Fully renovated in 2021, the owners have spared no expense furnishing this lovely villa from head to toe with brand new beds and mattresses with high quality Portuguese linens to luxury sofas, chairs and soft furnishings.

This stretch of coastline between the beaches of Aiguablava and Platja Fonda is one of the prettiest and most sought after areas along the whole Costa Brava. With both beaches and restaurants within walking distance the house ticks many boxes. 

At street level there is a garage for two cars and the main entrance, which is on to the upper level of the house. At this level, there is an entrance hall and three suites, all with air conditioning. 

The next level down comprises the large professional kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is rather special and perfect for catering  large groups. With all the kitchen accessories one could imagine, a large marble-topped central island and a quirky antique walk-in refrigerated larder. There's also a snug breakfast cubby hole with table and chairs enjoying sea views. The kitchen also enjoys air conditioning, and conveniently, it can also be accessed directly from the garage to bring your shopping.

On this level there is also a spacious and comfortable living room with direct access to a terrace which enjoys unimpaired sea views and air conditioning.

The lower level is where the other five bedrooms are found. Also on this level is where one finds the laundry area and a WC. Stairs lead down to the ground floor where one finds what could be described as the "piece de la resistance" which is a huge multi-purpose space with summer kitchen and 7m long dining table. Glass doors can be opened out on to the garden overlooking the harbour and also at the front of the house to the chill-out area adjacent to the pool.
