This modern Costa Brava luxury holiday home is built in the traditional natural stone of Cadaques. Located on the edge of the charming village of Cadaques and steps away from the natural park of Cap de Creus.

The property is in a quiet location surrounded by Olive and Cypress trees and is less than 10 minutes' walk away from the historic centre of the village with its bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches.

The villa has a spacious living room with large dining table, fireplace and sofas. Sliding doors lead directly to a partly covered loggia with dining table & lounge overlooking the picturesque bay of Cadaques.

This Cadaques vacation villa is located close to Villa Casamar and can be rented in tandom giving a total capacity of up to 22 people spread over the two houses. Please ask for details.

Bedroom 2, Twin with 2 single beds (90 x 2.00m), sliding doors to covered terrace with mountainside view. Wardrobes. En-suite bathroom with bath/handheld shower and toilet. 

Bedroom 3, with separate entrance. This bedroom is partially carved in the original rocks. King size bed (1.80 x 2.00m) with sliding door on one side leading to terrace with mountainside views and sliding doors on the other side to the conservatory. Wardrobes. En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4, downstairs bedroom with king size bed (1.80 x 2.00m). Sliding door to garden. En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Living Room

Living room with large dining table, fire place, sofas and flat screen TV.

42 inch TV, DVD, stereo. ADSL and V-Max wi-fi internet, under-floor heating, full air-conditioning throughout. Dishwasher, Fully equipped kitchen with fridge- freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, electric oven, coffee machine, orange press.

In the basement floor there is also a utility room with washing machine, dryer, farmhouse sink, iron, ironing board and clothes horse.

Outdoors

Private swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with outdoor shower and sun loungers.

Behind the house there is also a conservatory with large dining table, small outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free bespoke concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Others

In town you will find the Monday market, two supermarkets and many small shops selling fun clothing, jewellery and local pottery. There are several banks, two pharmacies, a dentist and a medical clinic.

Cadaques has over 90 restaurants which offer all kinds of food from traditional Catalan to Japanese fusion. The famous nightlife of Cadaques is concentrated in a little street behind the Rambla with all kinds of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Most famous is Jazzclub Hostal at the Rambla. The interior has not changed since opening in the 1950's.

Please note: Casa Villarte is built on a hill. Stone steps lead to the entrance. That makes the house not suitable for people with mobility problems. Also in the house there are different levels.
