Quite possibly unique in Tamariu, the house has not only the close proximity the the beach but also has the benefit of a spacious and private garden and a huge 14m x 7m swimming pool. Perfect for families, the house is suited for those who like to spend time relaxing by the pool and dining on one of the various outdoor terraces.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedrooms 1-3 are located on the main floor of the house and share one bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level and has an adjacent bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms have top of the range and silent ceiling fans fitted.
Living Spaces
Casa Tamariu is what we would call an "outside house" meaning the main living area is the spacious open air terrace leading from the kitchen and to the garden and pool. There's other outdoor seating/dining areas but the main terrace is where people tend to spend most of the time. Indoors there's also a lounge with sofas and TV, lovely oak Arco dining table with Fritz Hansen chairs and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Outdoors
The huge and private garden really is superb. With various nooks and crannies there's different areas where to sit and relax and the large pool is an added bonus. A real peaceful oasis where to unwind after a day at the beach. Outdoor terrace with brand new gas BBQ. Good quality Gandia Blasco and Minotti outdoor furniture. Brand new for 2022 outdoor kitchen area. There is a large vegetable garden which is tended by the gardener and which you can pick your own tomotoes and other seasonal vegetables.
Household Amenities
Fully equipped modern kitchen with double fridge and all the accessories one could wish for. High quality Minotti furniture, good selection of DVD's. Ping pong table, Table football and Trampoline. Fibre optic internet. Brand new top of the range ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
Concierge Services
Locally based we offer a free bespoke concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.
Distances
Five minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. 20 minutes' drive to other beaches and medieval villages. 45 minutes Girona and 90 minutes Barcelona.

Most relaxing holiday ever

Overall, we found our accommodation to be wonderfully homely and comfortable, extremely well equipped and with the most amazing garden, outdoor entertainment space and pool. We loved our time at the villa. A special mention to Jane the villa´s manager who was extremely responsive and helpful and a delight to meet.
The location was perfect for us, Richard answered our brief perfectly which was to find a villa within five minutes walk of the beach and restaurants but also suitable for a family, with a pool and with all the mod cons including filtered water (no air-con though). The surrounding area was lovely, we had a gorgeous view of Tamariu and a well-stocked and reasonably priced Spar for extra provisions, plus great restaurants at the beach.
A couple of tips for future guests are to visit Pals, a 20min drive away and to go to the local restaurant El Dofi by the beach because their seafood was fresh and delicious.
I would absolutely recommend Charming Villas Catalonia to anyone looking for a very charming villa, suitable for families and a stone´s throw from the beach.
