Casa Tama: Costa Brava area

Casa Tama is a modern family home, set within walking distance to Tamariu and enjoying tranquil views of the surrounding countryside.  Comprising of five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including two large master rooms each with ensuite bathroom this house is ideal for one family, or for two families to share.

Built over two floors, Casa Tama is light-filled and spacious and with excellent indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room, separate kitchen, laundry and bathroom with toilet.

The living room opens directly to the garden and pool area and is ideal for summer indoor / outdoor living.  There is a covered area with daybed, a deck with motorised awning, a pool and outdoor shower.  The pool is 8m x 4m and is entirely private. 

From here, an outdoor staircase leads to the upper deck and garden, and to the rear ‘secret’ garden with a pétanque court.  This garden area is shaded with pine and cork oak trees and has a bench seat and countryside views.  It is the perfect place for sunset cocktails and a game of pétanque.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes basic pantry items and cleaning material.  It benefits from beautiful views and connects to a covered dining area with marble dining table that seats 8-10 people.   Enjoy the summer days and nights dining here or relaxing in the swing chair.

This spot is perfect for kids too - they can play without anyone worrying in the ‘Springfree’ trampoline located next to the kitchen. 

The five bedrooms are located on the upper level.  The main master room is very private, light-filled and spacious.  It opens to the upper deck, as well as to a private terrace at the rear, and overlooks an internal atrium with olive tree.  It has a large walk-in shower and wardrobes, and its own air-conditioning unit.  There is a small desk in this area.

The second master bedroom is located near the three other bedrooms.  It has built-in wardrobes and an ensuite with shower, toilet & bidet.  

There are a further 3 bedrooms in this zone - one with bunks, one with a double bed, and one with two singles.  These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower/ bath.  Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5 share central air-conditioning.

The house contains all the amenities needed for a relaxing family vacation close to the beach - but without the noise and traffic. All the rooms have air conditioning and there are two modems, providing excellent wifi connection upstairs and down.

Bedroom 1. Main Master suite with queen sized bed, wardrobes, bathroom with shower. Direct access to upper deck and garden area, private rear terrace & internal courtyard.  Independent air-conditioning unit.  Smart TV.

Bedroom 2. Second Master room, king sized bed, wardrobe, private ensuite with bidet, and shower.

Bedroom 3. Double room with two single beds (can be joined), and wardrobes.  Direct access to upper deck and garden.  Small Smart TV (this can be moved to other bedrooms).

Bedroom 4. Double room with views.

Bedroom 5. Small single room with bunk beds.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 share a bathroom with shower and bidet.  Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5 share central air-conditioning.

Living Spaces

Main living/dining room with dining table for 8/10, connected to outdoor deck and covered area with daybed.  Smart LG TV.

Outdoors

Large private pool 8m x 4m, and outdoor shower.  Various covered and uncovered lounging and dining areas. Pétanque.  Trampoline (with safety net).  Gas Weber BBQ. Countryside views and partial sea views from the upper level.

Air conditioning in most of the rooms. Excellent wifi, fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry.  Kitchen stocked with pantry basics and cleaning products.

Quality linen bedding, bath towels and pool towels included.

Distances

Just over 1Km and a 15-minute walk to the beach of Tamariu. Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 90 minutes.
