This Cadaques vacation home is without doubt one of the nicest private homes on the rental market in Cadaques and on the Costa Brava in general. The owners have created a special and unique home designed, it seems to us, around family life. With six ensuite bedrooms the house has enough space for 12 people to comfortably live and dine together without feeling cramped or on top of each other. Or in short, a house that makes you feel happy to be there.

 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bedrooms 1-4 are located on the upper floor of the house and and bedrooms 5-6 are located on a lower level and have their own independent access.

Bedroom 1. Master suite with shower. King size bed 2.0m. Access to side terrace. Sea views.

Bedroom 2. King size 1.8m with shower. Sea views.

Bedroom 3. King size 1.8m with shower. Access to terrace and partial sea views.

Bedroom 4. Queen sized double with shower. Garden views.

Bedroom 5. King size 1.8m with shower.

Bedroom 6. Queen sized double with shower.

 

Living Spaces

Large zonal living area enjoying wonderful sea views and the bay of Cadaques. With integrated kitchen with central Island with electric hob, dining area and comfy sofas. Sliding glass doors which lead out to the upper front terrace. Polished concrete floors and exposed wooden beams. There is a very beautiful "sculptural" fireplace in the typical Cadaques style. Large Smart TV. Full air conditioning. Ceiling fans. Wine fridge and "dumb waiter" for bringing groceries up from the garage.

 

Outdoors

Various terraces with seating and dining options. Unusual shaped pool approximately 10m x 4m. Four sun loungers by the pool and a further two more on one of the upper terraces. Two parasols by the pool and a further two on the upper terrace. Gas BBQ.

 

Household Amenities

Full air conditioning throughout. Ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and main living area if you prefer rather than air conditioning. In the garage one finds a washing machine and dryer, a spare fridge for drinks. Electric car charger. Pool/beach towels provided.

 

Distances

2 minute walk to the nearest beach. 15 minute walk to the center of town. Girona 1 hour and Barcelona 2 hours.
