Casa Pals: Costa Brava area

Casa Pals is an old town house which has been restored and decorated to a very high standard. With exposed stone walls, good quality fixtures and fittings and earthy pastel fabrics the house oozes calm. The owners have done a superb job and the finished product is a very cosy and comfortable space where you immediately feel at home. Through the front door there's a good-sized entrance foyer with typical Catalan vaulted ceiling and which leads through to the open plan kitchen and dining area which in turn leads through to the lounge seating area with sofas and chairs surrounding a central coffee table and antique fireplace. Leading on from the lounge area is access to the private walled garden to the back of the house.

To the left of the entrance foyer is a second reception room with a WC. Stairs lead up to the upper level where one finds a informal seating area, perfect place for young ones to practice on the play station. Two bedrooms each with twin single beds, an office which has a single bed and the spacious master suite with views over the garden.

All the bedrooms are located on the upper floor and have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 1. Master suite with large double bed and ensuite bathroom with sunken bathtub with incorporated shower. Access to upper terrace and views over garden and pool.

Bedroom 2. Twin single beds. 

Bedroom 3. Twin single beds.

Bedroom 4. Office area with one single bed.

Bedrooms 2-4 share a bathroom with bathtub and incorporated shower.

Living Areas

Large, sumptuous living room with comfortable sofas, smart TV. Connecting kitchen and dining area. Upper lounge area with sofas. Office area on the upper floor. Small upper terrace facing over the garden.

Outdoors

Walled garden with lawn and private swimming pool (6m x 2.5m). Covered chill-out space with comfortable seating with OFYR fire pit/BBQ. Outdoor dining table and chairs. Upper terrace. Olive and lemon trees.

Household Facilities

Fully equipped kitchen with good quality tableware, cutlery and glassware. new uprated WiFi for 2024, Smart TV with Netflix. Laundry room. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms.

Distances

Walking distance to the village, restaurants and shops. 10 minutes to Begur, nearest beaches 15 minutes. Girona 30 minutes, Barcelona 1 hour 30 minutes.
