Casa Calella de Palafrugell: Costa Brava area

We have been waiting for years for a house of this calibre to show up on the promenade of Calella de Palafrugell. We receive a lot of enquiries from people looking for good quality homes in this location and until now we have not had much to offer.

Restored and decorated to a very high spec this house is draw-dropping gorgeous. Spread over various levels the crowning glory is the top floor living area comprising a modern kitchen and dining area and the outdoor terrace seating area which enjoys the most spectacular views both day and night. 

A few steps from the house one has a selection of good restaurants to choose from, shops and various sandy beaches. Included in the house for guests use is a kayak, a couple of stand up padel boards and other beach stuff.

Floor 2.5 - This floor has one bedroom that can be a queen or 2 twin beds and a full bathroom.  It also has an Entertainment/TV Room - large screen TV and sofas.  One is a sofa bed if this was desired as an extra bedroom.  There are curtains that can “enclose” the room if needed.

Floor 3 - The Living Room with Fireplace as well as the outdoor terrace - all have views of the sea and Calella town. The terrace has sliding glass windows which can be kept open day and night.  The terrace has a gas powered fire table as well as some heaters if needed for cool nights.

Floor 3.5 - This floor has the open kitchen as well as indoor dining table which also provides the views to the sea and town.  There is a WC that has a Japanese toilet and 1 bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom (the bed is a comfortable "murphy" bed which can be folded up and the room used as a yoga/workout room.
