Casa Bona Cadaques: Costa Brava area

The coastal town of Cadaques is without doubt one of the Costa Brava's most beautiful and sought-after destinations. With its long maritime history, its intimate cobbled streets full of surprises around every corner, its bohemian ambiance, art galleries and vast array of wonderful restaurants all make this a fashionable and in-demand location.

However much we love Cadaques we have to remember it is a compact town and can get rather crowded during the summer months. Staying in Casa Bona offers the traveller a peaceful and relaxing haven on where to chill-out and soak up the unobstructed sea views in total privacy and yet is only a 10/15 minute drive from town.

Built in the 1980's this stylish house is one of only a handful of private properties in the bay of Guillola and has direct access at the end of the garden to a small cove which is only accessible by boat. The intimate pebbled beach of Platja Guillola is a five minute walk from the house.

The house has a total of six bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people however two of these bedrooms are on the small size and are better suited for members of staff or perhaps teenagers. 

The house is designed for relaxed indoor/outdoor living with the main focus being the marvellous unobstructed sea views. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors connect the spacious main living area to the patio and garden. Both indoors and outdoors one finds various seating areas.

A brand new 5m x 3m pool is equipped with a "swim jet" and can also be heated.

Bedroom 1.  1.8m double with private bathroom with tub and incorporated shower and a second separate shower. Direct access to garden.

Bedroom 2. 1.6m double bed with private bathroom with tub and incorporated shower.

Bedroom 3. 1.6m double bed with private compact bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4. 1.6m double bed with private compact bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5. 1.35m single bed.

Bedroom 6. 0.9m single bed with adjacent bathroom with shower.

Please note that bedrooms 3 & 4 only have garden access. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedrooms 1 - 5 have sea views.

Living Spaces

Large spacious living room which has two separate areas - main living area with large wooden coffee table surrounded on two sides by sofas and second area also with sofas and TV (Spanish and French channels). 

Outdoors

Sitting within a plot of 25,000 Sqm and with no other houses or buildings within sight one is totally immersed in nature and quietude. Various outdoor seating and dining areas. 5m x 3m heated pool with swim jet. Hot tub. Walking distance to beach.

Walking distance to small beach. Cadaques 10/15 minutes by car. Barcelona 2 hours.
