Sitting in an elevated position the house is south facing and enjoys sea views and sunshine from early morning until early evening. Built over three levels and connected with an elevator the distribution is as follows: Upper level with private car parking space and electric car charger. The upper terrace has informal seating, table tennis table and access to the house via stairs or elevator. There is also direct access to the pool at the side of the house.
