Cadaques Penthouse: Costa Brava area

The Penthouse Cadaques is a stand alone house located in a central yet quiet part of the old town of Cadaques. Cosy and chic, the house offers style, comfort and is a sanctuary from the throngs of Cadaques on a busy day.

The house is divided into two separate parts - the main house spread over one level including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and rooftop terrace. The second part is a self contained studio flat with its own entrance and is separate from the main house. The studio has its own bathroom, kitchenette and access to a small garden terrace (please note the studio is rented separately).

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Main house

Bedroom 1. Double en-suite with shower and private access to rooftop terrace.

Bedroom 2. Double or twin single beds.

Bedroom 3. Double or twin single beds.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower.

Studio flat

Bedroom 4. Double with bathroom with shower.

There are also two single sofa beds if needed - one in the studio and one in the dining room in the main house.

Living Spaces

Spacious living room with large L shaped sofa, fireplace and TV with international channels. Large oval wooden dining table with eight chairs in the dining room.

Outdoors

Rooftop terrace with unique views over the rooftops of Cadaques. Dining table and eight chairs. Gas BBQ. The Studio has access to a small garden with table and chairs.

Household Amenities

Full air conditioning throughout both the main house and studio. Internet wifi. Fully equipped kitchen.

Distances

One minute walk to the beachfront, two minutes' walk to the Santa Maria church of Cadaques. Beaches and a huge selection of restaurants within 5-10 minutes' walk.
