Extensively restored during 2024 and 2025 the house is up and running and ready for rentals. A brand new 8m x 3m indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool is ready for guests use.
The house comes with three private parking spaces in the heart of Cadaques. Beach towels and toiletries provided.

Located directly opposite Platja Gran, just 30 metres from the main beach of Cadaqués, this property enjoys an exceptional position in the heart of one of the Costa Brava’s most distinctive coastal villages. The historic centre, waterfront restaurants and small beaches can all be enjoyed on foot, while the surrounding coastline is characterised by crystal-clear waters, rocky coves and dramatic landscapes shaped by the Tramuntana winds. Beyond the village, the extraordinary scenery of Cap de Creus provides a unique combination of sea, mountains and wild Mediterranean landscapes.
Beaches & the coastal village
- Platja Gran: The main beach of Cadaqués, set right in the centre of the village and just steps from the property. Its sheltered bay provides easy access to the sea while putting the entire waterfront, with its restaurants, cafés and traditional whitewashed buildings, directly at your doorstep.
- The coves of Cadaqués: Beyond Platja Gran, the coastline around Cadaqués is dotted with numerous small rocky and pebble coves, many surrounded by unspoilt Mediterranean vegetation and exceptionally clear waters.
- Boat trips & the Cadaqués coastline: The sheltered bay and rugged shoreline make Cadaqués an excellent starting point for discovering the coast from the sea, with boat excursions and boat rentals providing another perspective of the secluded coves and dramatic cliffs around the village.
Art & cultural heritage
- Old Town of Cadaqués: The historic centre retains the character of the medieval fishing village, with narrow winding streets, traditional whitewashed houses and the distinctive stone paving. At its highest point stands the Church of Santa Maria, offering beautiful views over the bay.
- Salvador Dalí House-Museum in Portlligat: Dalí’s former home and studio, where the artist lived and worked for around forty years. Set directly on the coast at nearby Portlligat, the house preserves the remarkable spaces he created and offers a fascinating insight into both his life and the landscape that inspired him.
- Far de Cala Nans: A scenic coastal walk from Cadaqués leads to this small lighthouse overlooking the Mediterranean. The route follows the shoreline, offering beautiful views back towards the village and across the rugged coast.
Nature & landscapes
- Cap de Creus Natural Park: A spectacular protected landscape where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean, famous for its unique geology, dramatic cliffs, hidden coves and plants adapted to the Tramuntana winds. Its combination of land and marine environments makes it one of the most distinctive natural areas in Catalonia.
- Paratge de Tudela: One of the most remarkable landscapes within Cap de Creus, where wind and erosion have sculpted the rocks into extraordinary formations. The unusual shapes and stark combination of rock and sea famously inspired Salvador Dalí.

Payment terms - 50% deposit and remainder payable one month before arrival.
We accept payments by bank transfer or by card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or MasterCard).
Please note that cards issued outside the EU incur a 1.5% processing fee. To save this charge you can pay by transfer.

Refundable security deposit: 3000 Euros
Arrival day: generally from Saturday to Saturday during the high season, but flexible whenever possible.
