After a three year restoration project the house beautifully combines some of the original 1960’s features together with beautiful modern design aspects. With fully integrated air conditioning, roomy ensuite bedrooms with brand new beds and mattresses. Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, unobstructed sea views, 10m long swimming pool, integrated jacuzzi and less than five minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants.

Completed in 2024 this contemporary style villa is without doubt one of the nicest properties we have seen in the coastal town of Roses and really stands out. The owners have spared no expense and have created aesthetically stunning and comfortable home.

The spacious upper floor is simply stunning. Comprising of a kitchen Island, a long wooden table for 10, comfortable designer sofas and an ample outdoor terrace from where to sit and enjoy the Bay of Roses sea views. This upper floor also includes a master suite and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds, large garage for two cars and a WC.

Stairs lead down to the middle floor where one finds the main kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining areas. The middle floor also has three bedrooms and an outdoor terrace.

The lower level is where the original footprint of the house is evident and many original 60’s features have been preserved. This lower level incorporates a further two bedrooms and a salon where a sofa bed can be made up bringing the total capacity to 15.
