We are always seeking quality properties in good locations throughout Catalonia that we can include in our portfolio. If you are the owner of a good quality home and you are considering letting your vila for holiday rentals, then feel free to contact us.
Please note, that we are quite selective on what properties we take on and we only approve properties that meet some requirements:
1) We are particularly interested in the area along the Costa Brava and the Girona province, as well as properties in close proximity to Barcelona.
2)The property must have a 4-star or 5-star quality equivalent.
3) It must have a swimming pool. (except apartments in Barcelona)
4) In addition to the requirements outlined above, there are other factors that make a property a good candidate - location, room configuration, property amenities and decoration.
What we offer
We act as a go between (booking agents) between the users of our website and the accommodation, including marketing services, contact with potential tenants, liaison between owners/clients and the collection of rent.
What we charge
We make no charge for advertising your property on our website but instead make a percentage charge when we successfully let your villa.
What is included
Advertising of your house on our site.
Marketing your property through other media to maximise exposure.
Locating and finding clients for your property.
Processing bookings from start to finish.
Confirming all bookings with you.
Advising your local management team of all booking details.
Providing optional extras for clients at client’s expense.
Facilitating payment by credit card, bank transfer.
Post holiday questionnaire to clients.
What is not included
Please note that Charming Villas does not take part of the management and maintenance of your property, or other rental related services such as check-in and check-out of customers and cleaning of the villa.
You may have your own staff team or there are professional Home Care businesses that can do that for you. We can give you suggestions of local house managers.
Other requirements
Each establishment assumes for itself and under its own responsibility the management with absolute respect for all the applicable laws both to its customers and its partners or third parties. It is also the owners responsibilty to have in place an appropriate public liability insurance policy.
