Villa Begur has just about everything going for it as a perfect family vacation home. Large spacious house with six en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people, full air conditioning, large 12m x 5m heated swimming pool, sea views, indoor and outdoor dining and walking distance to the town of Begur with it's restaurants and shops. Not many properties tick all these boxes.

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town this luxury villa rental Begur is perfect as a base for a large extended family or two or three families holidaying together on the Costa Brava.

The modern contemporary design of the house is such that the main open plan living area connects to the pool and garden via sliding glass doors giving in effect one huge indoor/outdoor living space. There's enough various different places to sit and hang out either in the sun or in the shade.

First floor

Bedroom 3. Large master suite with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4. Double with tun and incorporated shower.

Bedroom 5. Double with tub and incorporated shower.

Bedroom 6. Double with shower.

Please note bedrooms 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 are en-suite and can be made up as either king size doubles or singles. Bedroom 2 cannot be made as a double and has an ajacent WC. All bedrooms have an ipod dock.

Living Spaces

The huge open plan living/dining area has three zones; the comfy sofa area with fireplace and TV, an indoor dining table and the kitchen area with breakfast bar and stools.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is perfect for children and adults alike with the large pool is surrounded by lawn and 12 sun loungers. On the south facing terrace there's a dining table for 12. A built-in BBQ with bar and outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink and serving area at the side of the house. There's also an outdoor table tennis table.

Full air conditioning throughout. Wifi, heated pool, IPTV international TV channels.

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Walking distance to Begur. Short drive to the beaches of Sa Tuna, Sa Riera and Aiguablava. Girona 45 minutes, Barcelona 90 minutes
