At the entrance level there is a garage for one car, three bedrooms and one bathroom. There are built-in wardrobes and automatic shutters in all the bedrooms.

A beautiful bright staircase leads to the lower floor, which is at garden level. Here there is a fantastic spacious living-dining room, part of which has a double height ceiling and direct access to the garden. The kitchen is very modern and open plan.

On this level there is also a WC and a double en-suite bedroom with dressing room, and direct access to the garden.

Outside there is a covered terrace with living/dining area for the summer giving the option of dining indoors or outdoors, a lawned garden and private swimming pool.

Bedroom 4 (Master): with double bed 2.0m x 1.8m and en-suite bathroom with tub and seperate shower. TV, direct access to outdoor terrace.
On this level there is also a WC.
