Mas Ferriola: Costa Brava area

For those who seek a peaceful and tranquil family vacation retreat then look no further than Mas Ferriola. Surrounded by pine and oak forest the Masia offers total privacy and peace and quiet. Built with children in mind the house is perfect for families with young children. The main house is spread over three floors and contains six bedrooms. There is also a separate guest house which has one ensuite bedroom with private terrace.

Indoors the house flows nicely from the main entrance doorway, through the ample and fully equipped kitchen through to the living room all with an abundance of natural light.

Outdoors there's plenty of lawn, a huge 15m x 6m infinity swimming pool and a children's play area with swings and slide. The house also has various outdoor terraces and seating areas from where to enjoy the stunning countryside views. The pool has a children's shallow end platform, great for younger children to splash around in. There is also a covered seating area, two built-in day beds, sun loungers and a small room with shower and fridge.

A housekeeper lives on site during your stay. She has her own little house tucked away within the grounds. She is discreet and keeps the house clean and tidy during your stay.

Living Spaces

The house has various indoor living spaces including the spacious main living room with dining table. A library which is a lovely area to sit and relax with a book. Also on the lower level one finds a cinema room, a play/exercise room and a ping pong room and plenty of board games.

Outdoors

The wow-factors are the panoramic views looking down on Girona and surrounding countryside which one never grows tired of. This garden was planned with children in mind and there's plenty for young ones to do be it splash around in the pool, play on the lawn or the play area with swings and slide. Parasols and sun loungers by the pool.
