This gorgeous and stylish villa has been recently restored and sits on the edge of a small medieval village of the Baix Empordà, 10-15 minutes' drive to the nearest beaches and close to the picturesque medieval villages of Pals, Peratallada and Begur.
The house has an extensive garden with a large pool and a lovely porch with comfortable sitting area, a built in BBQ and a large table for outdoor dining. Here there is also a changing room + WC.
Inside the property is distributed on two floors.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious winter sitting room with fireplace, a large dining room and another spacious summer sitting room with TV. There is also a great country style kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, a laundry room, pantry and an en-suite service bedroom (with a single bed). On this floor there is also a guest cloak room.

On the first floor there is a distribution hall and 4 bedrooms:
1) Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, bath and shower)
2) Twin single or double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, and shower). The two beds can be pushed together and can be made as a double.
3) Twin single or double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, and shower).
4) Treble room with 3 single beds. Here two beds can also be pushed together and made as a double.
There is one bathroom (WC, sink, shower) and also a study room which can be converted into a bedroom for children.
The house is bright and is nicely decorated with natural stone floors, grey pastel walls and a mix of rustic and modern furniture. The owners have decorated the house showing a lot of attention to detail and it feels really homely and welcoming.
Outdoors, there is plenty of parking space available and an extensive lawn for children to run around.
Fibre optic internet and Apple TV.
BBQ, Ping pong table and some bikes are provided.
Concierge Services
Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Blissful retreat
We spent two wonderful weeks at Les Moreres in August and would highly recommend it. We had a very warm welcome from the owners, who also provided a helpful manual to the house. The house and grounds have been beautifully, thoughtfully and elegantly arranged, and we especially enjoyed the outside living area - perfectly situated to keep an eye on children playing on the lovely big lawn and near the pool. The local village is very pretty, and we enjoyed many bike rides to and from Peratallada - a must see.
