Originally built in the 1980's the house has recently been modernised and extended. The main feature of the property is that it has been designed for outdoor living. A huge fully equipped covered kitchen and dining area sits back from the main garden and swimming pool offering a peaceful and relaxing spot from where to sit and keep an eye on the kids in the 11m x 5m pool. With loads of comfy bench seating around the perimeter of the lawned garden and three huge poolside beds there's plenty of seating options for everyone.

The house is spread over two levels. The ground floor comprises of a spacious living and dining room decorated in an Ibiza style and with direct access to the garden and pool. a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher etc connects to the living/dining room.  Two of the bedrooms are situated on this lower level and there is also a garage available for guests use. The upper floor is where one finds the remaining bedrooms.

The location of the house perched on a hill means that there's always a welcome breeze and keeps the house and bedrooms cool even during the hottest weeks of the summer.

11m x 5m reverse osmosis swimming pool which is a great alternative to salt or chlorine pools. The pool has a shallow ledge for the little ones and Roman steps. Well maintained lawn, great for the kids to run around on. Huge outdoor fully equipped kitchen with hot plate, dishwasher, wine fridge etc. Central kitchen Island with bar stools and a lot of original touches.
