Casa Llafranc: Costa Brava area

There's not many houses with private pools on the rental market within such a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants of Llafranc all of which makes Casa Llafranc pretty unique. This Costa Brava vacation rental was constructed in the 1960's, reformed in 2000 and sits in a large plot with mature pine trees and Mediterranean garden and is just two minutes' walk from the sandy beach of Llafranc and it's restaurants. The private pool is a whopping 15m long by 4m wide, so long enough for people who like to work out by swimming laps.

The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and there is a separate small and simple outbuilding tucked away overlooking the pool which has a bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchenette.

The house is decorated in a classic style with original works of art and homely touches. This is a house which is great for both summer and winter living and the great location means there's always things to do on foot nearby without the need to take the car.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedroom 1. Double with en-suite bathroom with tub and incorporated shower. Ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4. Children's room with Bunk beds, a single and a further single if needed.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5. Located in the independent outbuilding. Double with adjacent bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning.

Living Spaces

The house has one main indoor open plan living/dining room and two conservatories which are really indoor/outdoor living spaces. The conservatory to the back of the house can be opend up and is right next to the pool and BBQ area. The conservatory to the back of the house has sofas and comfortable seating and is more like a games/TV room. Both conservatories have wood burning stoves.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is dominated by the large and private 15m long swimming pool. The pool has Roman steps and ample space for sun loungers along its length. At one end in an elevated position is the one bedroom chalet and at the other end is the built-in BBQ area. Outdoor seating area adjacemt to the Games/TV conservatory. The plot is pretty big and contains mature pine trees and Mediterannean shrubs/plants. There is ample private parking for two or three cars within the grounds.

Household Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with large American style fridge/freezer and adjacent laundry room. Summer TV lounge, wifi internet. Air conditioning in the Chalet. Ceiling fans in the two double bedrooms.

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.
