At this level there is also a bedroom and a bathroom.

The original terracotta tiled stairs lead to the  first floor where there is a TV room, a master bedroom with its own bathroom and sitting area, and two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Outside, the garden is spacious and private with a swimming pool (10x2,70) and a toilet-dressing room. It is furnished with an outdoor sitting area, a dining table and  sun loungers. It enjoys sun from the morning till the afternoon. 

The house is just 10 minutes away from the nearest beaches.
