Casa Argent: Costa Brava area

Casa Argent is a true work of art. Perched on cliffs and enjoying wonderful unobstructed sea views the house instils oneself with a sense of wellbeing and serenity. Spacious and comfortable, the house is both somewhat minimalist and at the same time lavish. The modern clean lines fuse perfectly with the exposed jagged rock creating a wonderful symbiosis.

Built over four floors the house has a total living area of over 500sqm. Large floor to ceiling windows let light flood in and those magnificent sea views are unavoidable.

The pure originality and breathtaking views of Casa Argent immediately place the house in our Costa Brava luxury villas category however due to the nature of the terrain and design of the house we do not recommend it to families with young children. Please ask us for a selection of for more child-friendly Costa Brava villa options if you are travelling with young children.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Air conditioning in all four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1. Upper level. Double with shower room. Private access to upper chill-out area. No air con in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2. Lower level. Huge master double with shower room and stand-alone tub. Private terrace and with access to the swimming pool.

Bedroom 3. Lower level. Double bedroom with tub and incorporated power jet shower.

Bedroom 4. Ground floor. Double bedroom with shower, kitchenette and access to garden. This bedroom also has a futon on a mezzanine floor.

Living Spaces

The main living area is the middle floor of the house. Comprising of a large lounge with TV, fire place, comfortable seating and a large open plan kitchen/dining area. From the lounge one has access to a terrace with a stainless steel dining table and the pool can also be accessed from here.

The middle floor also has a WC and a staff quarters if required.

The kitchen provides access to the top floor which consists of a landing and Bedroom 1. Here there is also access to the large roof terrace. This terrace does not have any barriers so is unsuitable for children or parties of any kind.

The lounge has a staircase down to the lower level where bedrooms 2 & 3 are located and this lower level in turn has a staircase down to the ground floor where bedroom 4 is located.

Outdoors

Large chlorine-free infinity swimming pool. Various terraces and gardens which give you the option of shade or sun depending on the time of day. Chill-out area overlooking the pool. Please note no BBQ.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Distances

Less than 10 minutes' in the car to various beaches including Tamariu and Aiguablava. 10 minutes Palafrugell and Begur. 45 minutes Girona and 90 minutes Barcelona.
