Begur Beach Villa: Costa Brava area

Enjoying spectacular views of Platja Fonda, one of the most beautiful small beaches on the Costa Brava, this six bedroom villa is perfect for groups who seek a place where to soak up the views and enjoy a relaxing vacation by the beach. Built in the mid-80's the house has benefited from extensive painting and decorating during 2023 ready for the 2024 rental season. 

If beach views are what you are looking for it is pretty hard to better the views from this house. Indeed the house has been built to take advantage of the views and takes centre stage from many areas of the house.

The house enjoys plenty of private and secure parking space where one can fit four or five cars quite easily. Built over three main levels the entrance and primary living area is the middle floor. This is where the main living room and kitchen are located as well as two of the bedrooms and a WC. Three further bedrooms are located on the lower level and one on the upper level.

The upper level also has access to the roof terrace where you will never tire of the unobstructed views laid out before you. The bedroom on this upper floor also has a small kitchenette and full air conditioning.

As well as the three bedrooms the lower level also enjoys a wonderful games room with a pool table and table soccer game.

The garden can be accessed from the lower level of the house and also from the main entrance where the cars are parked. The stand out feature of the garden is the large kidney shaped pool. There is also a outdoor terrace on this level from where to sit and enjoy the sea views.
