This early 20th century neoclassical listed heritage building was fully refurbished in 2009 and  converted into a stylish holiday accommodation.

Decorated with a mixture of cutting-edge modern furniture and hand-picked antiques, together with carefully placed lighting, today it stands out for its attention to detail, elegance and refinement.

The villa has all the amenities one could wish for and everything has been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay.

Located in a quiet residential area, it is well connected by bus and metro and is surrounded by diversity of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries.

Entering through the front door, you will find the impressive lobby with its majestic marble staircase rising to the upper floors. On this floor you’ll find a spacious games and meeting room which takes up almost 200m2 and has been designed in a loft style. Also on this floor, you will find a double bedroom and a sleek bathroom complete with shower unit.

Going up to the first floor, you will find another 4 double bedrooms each stylishly and comfortably decorated. There are two complete bathrooms, one with bath/shower combination and the other, which is en-suite to the main bedroom, has a corner bath with jacuzzi jets.

Also on the first floor, you have the dining room with capacity for 12 guests and the spacious living area with comfortable white leather sofas.

Close at hand you have the practical and modern kitchen, perfectly equipped, with Italian design furniture.

From the kitchen there is  direct access to the pool and garden at the rear of the house. 

On the second floor we find a study and the final double bedroom suite with full bath/shower.

From both the study and the bedroom you can access to a 160m2 terrace.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.

Outdoors

The swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres and is surrounded by wooden decking and sun loungers. There is also an exterior dining area with table and chairs. To relax even more, the spacious 6 person heated jacuzzi is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing.
