There are 8 sitting rooms each with comfortable sofas allowing everyone to find their own space. Three indoor dining areas and games room.

Three fully equipped kitchens with all the kitchen amenities and utensils one can imagine. Two flat screen TV’s with international channels. There's a music system with Ipod connection, DVD player, CD player, books. Wireless internet connection throughout the house available at no charge, good mobile reception. Games Room: Three quarter size snooker table, table tennis and football table. Six fridge/freezers, 2 fridges, 3 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, various coffee machines spread out over the three kitchens.

Outdoors

The property is completely enclosed within an ancient stone wall and has lovely gardens with various seating areas. There are two swimming pools the infinity pool is in the main garden with a smaller child friendly pool in the rear garden. There is a large terrace overlooking the infinity pool and two built-in BBQ areas with seating.

Concierge Services

Locally based we offer a free concierge service to all of our clients. We can help arrange a whole range of extra services including securing tables at top restaurants and private chefs to cook for you at the villa. We can help plan itineraries, suggest excursions such as a day trip to Cadaques and help with car hire/airport transfers if needed.
