And you are only 25 minutes away to the historic city of Girona, or 40 minutes to the beautiful Costa Brava beaches.
This amazing property was conceived for the owners’ own dream vacations. The ancient farmhouse was lovingly restored, decorated with choice country antiques and equipped with all modern conveniences. Large groups of friends and family are comfortably accommodated in the stylish bedrooms and large airy living areas. Beautiful terraces and verandas offer stunning extensive views.
The property is distributed in 3 storeys:
On the ground floor there is a large and airy entrance hall, a spacious dinning room, a guest’s kitchen, all of these with direct access to the outdoors. There is also a staff kitchen, a cloakroom, a sauna and a steam room.
Here there is also a large bedroom with sitting area and direct entrance from the outdoors. This room is accessible by wheelchair.
On the first floor there is a spacious sitting room with fireplace and direct access to a large balcony with views to the pool. There is also a cosy TV room, and 4 bedrooms, all of them with balconies.
The top floor is accessed by two staircases, which lead to two separate wings. The eastern wing includes two bedrooms, and the western wing includes a large open sitting room with fireplace, and 5 bedrooms, one of which is includes a cute mezzanine.
Fifty yards from the house, across the lawns, there's a huge pool and pool house with its own eating, sitting and cooking area that's perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
The property also includes an annex cottage next to the villa where a couple live. They are in charge of the maintenance and security.

1 of the bedrooms has a 150cm x 200cm bed, 3 of the bedrooms have 140cm x 200cm beds, and 1 has a 140cm x 200cm bed plus a mezaninne with a futon of 160cm x 200cm (ideal for kids)
All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, except one where the bathroom is next door.
