This lovely designer villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the attractive resort of Sa Riera, an uncrowded place with a lovely sandy beach, 3 restaurants, 1 supermarket, a bakery and a couple of shops.

The property is built in a very contemporary 21st century style, with clean lines, complimented by enormous glass windows which flood the villa with light and allow it to take maximum benefit from its great location.

The villa is distributed on three levels.

The open-plan living area is situated on the middle floor. It is decorated with ethnic touches and has walls of glass on two sides that open through slidding doors onto a wrap around terrace with impressive panoramic views.

Leading off the living room is the modern kitchen which has been well equipped and includes a practical a breakfast bar.

The property hasn’t got a formal dinning area, but there is plenty of space outdoors for both sitting and eating.

A small staircase leads down to the ground floor, where 3 of the bedrooms are situated. All of them have large sliding doors opening onto the garden.

A fourth bedroom is located on the top floor, where there is also a magnificent terrace/solarium.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a lawned garden with Mediterranean plants.

The infinity pool is set into the lower part and has a teak decking side with cushions and sun lounges.

Sa Riera is situated in one of the best spots along the Costa Brava. The beach develompent in this stretch of the coast has been generally discreet, and although a fair number of foreign visitors come in season, many of the better-off Catalans have a villa here for weekend and August escapes.

The beaches around Begur and Sa Riera are known for their cliffs and coves, crystalline waters and exuberant vegetation, and belong for sure to one of the most enticing stretches of the coast.

Ground floor

Bedroom 1: Queensize bed. Includes private bathroom (double sink, bath, shower and wc) Large glass door opening to front garden.

Bedroom 2: Double with small bathroom (shower + sink, no WC). Large glass door opening to back garden.

Bedroom 3: Double with small and compact bathroom (shower + sink, no WC). Large glass door opening to front garden.

Bedroom 2 and 3 share one toilet on the ground floor. On this level there is an additional shared shower.

Top floor

Bedroom 4: Queensize bed with compact WC and shower room (separate on either side of the room.

Household facilities

Modern kitchen fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave. Please note that there is no TV in this house.

Washing machine, ironing board and iron available.

Outdoors

Drive leads from the road to the back of the house, where there is parking space for 1-2 cars.

Lawn at the front and sides, mediterranean trees and plants.

The great terraces are perfect spots for soaking up the views.
