Located in Aigua Gelida, Tamariu, the villa is only 1.5 km away from the beach and from the centre of the village.

It is situated in a very quiet area (cul de sac), surrounded by pine trees.

The property is distributed over two floors and it is accessed through the top floor.

At the entrance level there is a garage for two cars, a hall, two twin bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunk-beds. There are built-in wardrobes in all the bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a bath, and a nice terrace of 8 m2 overlooking the garden.

A beautiful bright staircase leads to the lower floor, which is at garden level. Here there is a fantastic spacious living-dining room, part of which has a double height ceiling and direct access to the garden. The kitchen is very modern and open plan.

On this level there is also a powder room and a double en-suite bedroom with dressing room, and direct access to the garden.

Outside there is a covered terrace with living/dining room for the summer, a lawned garden and private swimming pool.

Top floor

Bedroom 1: two bunk beds (for up to 2 adults or 4 children)

Bedroom 2: two single beds

Bedroom 3: one double bed.

These 3 bedrooms share one bathroom with wc, sink and bath.

On the Lower floor

Bedroom 4 (Master): with double bed and en-suite bathroom (with WC, sink and bath)

On this level there is also a powder room (WC)

Living areas

Open plan, very spacious and bright with large glass walls. Direct access to the garden and pool.

Household Facilities

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, etc. Air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Internet access on request.

Lawned garden with trees and private swimming pool. (3 x 8m approximately)
